Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items need to be unused, unflown, and back in their original packaging with the strap and hardware included.

Use the return form with your order number and email, and pick an exchange, store credit, or a refund. We email a prepaid USPS label within 1–3 business days. Drop it at any USPS box or counter — no appointment, no printer needed if you'd rather show the QR code.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we do — the label is free, we refund your original shipping too, and no restocking fee applies. For change-of-mind returns the label is still prepaid, and a 10% restocking fee comes out of refunds. Choose an exchange or store credit instead and there is no fee.

We process your refund once the package arrives at our New York facility and passes a quick check. Your bank usually posts it in 3–5 business days to the original payment method, less the 10% restocking fee. Exchanges and store credit carry no fee at all — credit lands instantly at the full 100% you paid and never expires.

Returning part of a buy-3-get-4-free bundle simply drops you to what you actually kept, priced at the tier you still qualify for. If you keep three, you keep the free flag. Nothing gets clawed back at full price.

Clearance items marked final sale, and gift cards. Flags that have already been flown are past the point of resale — but if it failed in normal use, that's a warranty claim, not a return, and we'll still take care of it.

Every kit is covered for 60 days against stitching failure, hardware breakage, and fading in normal use up to 60 mph. Send a photo and we'll replace it. This sits on top of your legal rights, not in place of them.
