The flag changed. The mount never did.
Until now.
On June 14, 1777, the Continental Congress adopted the country’s first official flag — thirteen stripes, thirteen stars on a field of blue. That day became Flag Day.
In the nearly 250 years since, the flags themselves have changed plenty. Stars were added. Designs evolved. But the way you actually attach one to something? That stayed exactly the same — a pole, a bracket, a drill, and a permanent hole in whatever you owned.
We thought that was worth fixing.

FlyAFlag is a startup, not a heritage manufacturer. We're a small crew in New York with a shared love of country, water, and figuring out why something has always been done the hard way.
Three Velcro straps, a double-sided flag, and no tools. It goes on a bimini frame in the morning, a cart pole by noon, and a campsite by dark. That's the whole idea.
