Terms of service

You need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian handle the order. Don't scrape, resell access to, or interfere with the site, and don't use it for anything illegal.

An order is an offer to buy; our confirmation email accepts it. If something is mispriced or out of stock, we may cancel and refund in full before it ships — we'll tell you why. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout.

Buy 3, get the 4th one free is a standing rule, applied automatically in the cart, and it can't be combined with creator or wholesale pricing. We can change or end promotions at any time, but never retroactively on an order you already placed.

Our shipping policy and return and refund policy — including 30-day exchanges, store credit, and refunds — are part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, and our lost-package promise is broader than that — see the shipping policy.

You're responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access. We can suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Photos, video, and reviews stay yours. By submitting to the monthly contest, tagging us, or posting through the creator program, you give us permission to use that content in our marketing and ads, with credit, until you ask us to stop. Only send content you made and have the rights to, including permission from anyone recognizable in it.

Contest entry is free and open to US residents 18 and older. Winners are picked at our discretion on content quality and paid by the 15th of the following month. Creator commissions are tracked in Trybe and paid weekly on delivered, non-refunded orders. We may end either program with notice; earned payouts still get paid.

The FlyAFlag name, logo, designs, and site content belong to us. Don't reproduce our flag artwork or brand marks for sale without written permission.

Our kits are rated to 60 mph and are not for highway speeds, aircraft, or anything they weren't designed for. Follow local laws on flag mounting and visibility. You're responsible for installing the mount securely.

We stand behind our product and our warranty. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order in question, and we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights you can't waive under your state's law.

Message us first — nearly everything gets solved that way. If it doesn't, these terms are governed by New York law and disputes go to the state or federal courts in New York.

We update these terms from time to time and change the date at the top. Big changes get an email to account holders. The terms in effect when you ordered are the ones that apply to that order.
